How do I place my order online?

Placing an order at BestWigShop.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. You can also place your order by phone Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), or 12:00 NOON until 9:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (ET). If you call after those hours, you will typically reach our voice mail system. Please leave a detailed message regarding your inquiry or order. For orders, please leave item’s name, color, length if applicable, and quantity for quicker process. We will call you back the following business day.

How do I search for items that I am interesting in buying?

First you will need to "shop" or "search" for the items you would like to order. The search box is located at the top right corner of the screen. Enter the key word or product name and click the ‘Search’ button. You will see the results in an item list. When you see an item that interests you, click the name or image of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including colors and statistical descriptions.

How do I find my cap size?

The followings are standard cap size.

How to measure your size:

  1. Use a measuring tape to measure your head. You many want to take the following steps in front of a mirror in order to get your size by yourself.
  2. Start by placing the measuring tape on the center of your forehead hairline, and go around to the back of ear, to the nape, and to the other back of the ear, and end up at the center of your hairline.
  3. Adjust the nape area to get accurate size around your head.

Keep in mind:

Choosing your cap size too small will cause hairlines of wigs to be noticeable and lost of texture due to stretchiness.
Most wigs have adjustable hook straps that can adjust 1” smaller or larger to fit you. It is recommended to go larger cap size if uncertain about size AND if your item has adjustable cap.

How do I choose a color?

For color match, click “ColorChart” icon located around color selection dropdown list to open a color chart window. Please note that colors may appear different in every monitors so keep it mind that color charts give only an idea of the color you may choose from. Therefore, for the best color match, please let us help you match color with your hair sample. Hair sample should be sent to:

For special instruction for color match, please call us 1-888-947-9447. We know this is the hardest part of purchasing a hair wig, especially for first time buyers.

Why do we have two color choices?

Due to high demands of some colors, your 1st color choice may not be available. For the time saving purposes, the 2nd color choice has been provided for you. 2nd color choice text box is an option if first color choice is not available. If this is a case, 2nd color choice will be mailed to you.
Notes: You will receive a notice by a phone call or email. Therefore, if the order in a rush AND customers cannot be reached, WITHOUT notice, 2nd color choice will be shipped out. Please leave a comment if you DO need a confirmation notice before shipment. Comment box is located in the bottom of the first page of checkout process, shipping method section.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?

First select your color from the 1st color choice dropdown list. For more information about color choices, please see “Why do we have two color choices” on the above.
Then, select the quantity of items you want. Third, click the button located just to the right of the “Qty” box, which says “Add to Cart.”
You can either a) click the “Checkout” button of the right bottom of the page, or b) “Continue shopping” located on the bottom right corner if you want to continue shopping. The items you have selected will remain in your shopping cart. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at anytime by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” located in the navigation bar which in every pages in our website.

I have received a referral code with a discount coupon. What to do with this?

When you’ve received a discount coupon from organizations, you also receive a referral code. To apply the discount coupon to your purchase, you need to sign in with the referral code. Please take the following steps depending on your login status.
If you are a new customer:

  1. When you proceed to checkout or log in, you will be taken to a sign-in page. Fill out all the requirements.
  2. In the very end of the page, you will see “Were You Referred to Us?” section with a text box for Referral Code. Please fill the box with your referral code received from your organization or group.
  3. Click “Continue” to proceed to the next step.
  4. After confirming that your account has been created, click “Continue” to proceed to checkout process.
  5. Select your shipping method and leave any special instruction if any, then click “Continue”. For detailed instruction to complete your order transaction, please see “How do I complete my order transaction?”
  6. Now you are in the step 2 of 3 – Payment Information page. In “Discount Coupon” section, type your redemption code inside the box.
  7. Fill out your payment method and click “Continue”.
  8. If the discount coupon successfully applied to your order, you will see “Congratulations you have redeemed the Discount Coupon” message. Please confirm in “Shopping Cart Contents” section that the discount applied to your total.
  9. Click “Confirm” to place your order now!

If you are a returning customer with a new referral code:

  1. Log in first if you are not.
  2. Click “My Account” in navigation bar.
  3. In “My Account” section, click “View or change my account information”.
  4. Type your referral code in “Referral Code” textbox and click “Update”.
  5. After confirming that your account information has been updated, click “Checkout” in navigation bar to proceed to checkout process.
  6. Select your shipping method and leave any special instruction if any, then click “Continue”. For detailed instruction to complete your order transaction, please see “How do I complete my order transaction?”
  7. Now you are in the step 2 of 3 – Payment Information page. In “Discount Coupon” section, type your redemption code inside the box.
  8. Fill out your payment method and click “Continue”.
  9. If the discount coupon successfully applied to your order, you will see “Congratulations you have redeemed the Discount Coupon” message. Please confirm in “Shopping Cart Contents” section that the discount applied to your total.
  10. Click “Confirm” to place your order now!

How do I complete my order transaction?

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click “Delete” next to each item’s image and the item will be removed from your list right away. When you're ready to proceed to checkout, click the "checkout" button at the bottom right-hand side of the page.
In order to checkout, you must be logged in.

If you are logged in, follow the instruction for ‘1) Select a Shipping Method’.

If you are not signed in but you are a returning customer, you will be asked to log in with your email address and password. Click “Login” to proceed to checkout. Follow the instruction for ‘1) Select a Shipping Method’.

If you are a new customer, you will be taken to billing information page. Please provide the required information as requested.
Once you click “Submit” button located in the bottom on the right-hand side, you will be greeted as “Success: Your Account Has Been Created!” Now you are ready to proceed to checkout. Click “Continue” to go to the next step.

1) Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Leave any special comments or instructions about shipment of your order such as 2nd color choice shipment without notice as mentioned in “Why do we have two color choices”.
Then click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.

2) Select a Payment Method
Confirm your billing address and your order information. If you have any discount coupons, please type your redemption code inside the box.
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Check Cards or money order denominated in U.S. Dollars and drawn from a U.S. Bank. We do not accept, however, cash or personal checks. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
Leave any comments or instructions if any and click “Continue” to the next step.

3) Order Confirmation
All of your order information should appear in this page. If you entered redemption code in previous step and it has been approved, you will see a message, “Congratulations you have redeemed the Discount Coupon”. Furthermore, check the deducted amount matches your discount coupon.
Once you reviewed and confirmed all information, click “Confirm”.

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. That’s it!!

When will my credit card be charged?

The full charge will be processed when we ship your order.

Credit Card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted.

What if I can't find an item I'm interested in?

If you are interested in an item that you can’t find in our website please inform us. We will be happy to hear from you and give you a price quote. Remember we are here to help you in every way we can. Email to info@bestwigshop.com or call us 1-888-947-9447 or 1-858-492-0988. We may have what you are looking for in stock just not in our website at the moment. If you take the time to email us, we will respond ASAP.

How do I know if a product is available?

We have a massive amount of inventory; we may have what you are looking for in stock at our warehouse. Some of our most popular items are featured in our website and other items are quietly waiting for you to request them. Items, which may not be in stock, can be ordered the same day we receive the order if you place the order before 12:30 pm PDT, Monday through Friday. We usually receive the order in one day or three business days to our warehouse.

What are my shipping options?

The following shipping methods are available:

When can I expect shipping on my order?

Expect your item received no earlier than 1 day and no later than 10 days depending on your shipping method and its destination. Your order will be shipped from BestWigShop.com warehouse located in the West Coast; therefore, shipment to the East Coast or to the remote areas potentially takes longer.

If orders placed to BestWigShop.com before 2 pm PDT are in stock and available for same-day shipment, they will be shipped out at 3 pm PDT. Orders placed later than 2 pm will be considered as next day order.
Please keep in consideration orders placed outside our business hour will be processed on the following business day.

What is BestWigShop.com Return Policy?

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS.

At BestWigShop.com we take very pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value of our products. If any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you without delay to exchange your item.

Exchange for items returned within 5 business days of invoice date will be credited to your account redeemable with your next purchase. This store credit will last as long as your account is in our records.

Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for return and exchange:
a) Custom Wigs, Clearance or Discontinued Items, Accessories, Care Products
b) Items not in the original conditions (altered, worn, damaged, or not in factory condition)
c) Items without all tags and not in original packaging box

Color matching is not easy. Therefore, you can exchange your item’s color and a restocking fee of 15% will be waived for the first time only although a handling fee of 5% will apply.

You may exchange your products with any brands or any items you wish. You don't have to limit yourself to a certain brand.

A restocking charge is required for exchange for styles or for color after the first exchange has been made since we do not resell the returned items at a clearance due to hygienic reasons. Therefore, $20 or 15% of the item*, whichever is greater, will be charged and deducted from your store credit.
* Restocking fee may increase to customers who frequently request for exchange.
Please note: a) the above regulations do not apply to customers who received incorrect or defective orders, b) the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How do I request an exchange?

Request for Exchange Merchandise Authorization number must be sent via e-mail to info@bestwigshop.com or over the phone (1-888-947-9447 or 858-492-0988). You will receive an email with your EMA.

What is an EMA?

EMA is an Exchange Merchandise Authorization number given by BestWigShop.com for a return item. Do not send back your merchandise without writing this number on the box. Without an EMA on the outside of the shipping box (not on the package of the wig), your package will not be accepted and sent back to you (shipping charges will also apply).

Where do I send return items?

Before shipping your returning item to us, please follow these instructions for returning merchandise.

  1. Place all original contents inside original wig box and put into shipping package.
  2. In a separate piece of paper or backside of the invoice, please indicate the reason for exchange.
  3. Enclose the above-mentioned documents inside the shipping box.
  4. Seal securely with tape and do not forget to put down your EMA on the top of your package.
  5. Now you are ready to ship your retuning item!!
